A simple formula using the readings from an ORP and a pH meter, provides a Redox (rH) value from 0 to 42. Optimum soil rH value is 25 - 28. The pocket tester with a single range (+/- 999 mv) also may be used to measure H2O2 / H2O mixtures.
To check ORP meters are reading correctly such as the Hanna instruments ORP tester. If not then the meter will need cleaning.
